A New Chapter

Welcome to the start of a new adventure.

It’s never too late to start, and for us at The Little Bookstore, the time to start making our dream into a reality is now.

The idea to open a children’s book store has been floating around in our minds for a long time. Ever since our founder and resident writer, Ms. Gaby published her series of bilingual books, Simona’s Adventures, with the goal to advocate for bilingual reading.

That seed of an idea germinated into the Bilingual Reading Blog, a virtual hub to promote reading, writing, books and the power of story, through blog posts, articles, and social media.

But the dream of having a physical space to curate, and share our love of books never went away. That’s the story we are excited to start writing now.

We know the path will be long and full of unexpected obstacles and challenges, but we think the promotion of bilingual literacy, books, reading and writing is worth it.
